Jeff and I went to Lost Valley for a race. I came in 7th out of 9 in the beginners 4o+ and Jeff came in 4th out of 21 in the sport division. I felt pretty good considering I have not been on a bike but twice since the froze toes race in Columia last month. I made the 9 mile course just under an hour with a few machanical difficulties. I am ready to get back on the bike and try again. Thanks to Jeff Yeilding for helping me get into biking and helping me put together this blog. Look up the Tour of Hermann and everyone try to make it for a great weekend of racing.
